Texas case features

The lease service does not publish a lessee. Texas is not a PLSS state, so published geometry is predominantly quality score 25 mapped to the county. A geometry is not a lease survey or a mineral-title determination. APDs are not in these layers. Administrative state can differ from the geographic state. Feature-service dates are epoch milliseconds. An expiration of 2999-12-31 is the source sentinel for no term end, not a lease term. Cases with no effective date stay null.
